The mall is finished but the prices / sign shops are not. Be patient they will all be finished asap! Remember that these prices are designed to be less economical than player based trading.

You can set up sign shops yourself by placing a sign above a chest and filling out the following;

First Line = Blank
Second line = Number you want to sell per click
Third line = Buy price : sell price (Don’t forget the colon)
Forth line = Item Number (type /iteminfo to get the item number)

And that’s it!
